- In-line painting, high efficiency by eliminating intermediate manual loading-unloading steps, ensuring stable product quality.
- Two in-line painting modes: Tracking painting is normally matched with floor chain conveyor; step-by-step painting works with table-top chain conveyor.
- Fully digital computer operation. Up to 30 sets of process formulas can be stored, equipped with user-friendly graphic display interface.
- Skilled painting operators are not required. The spraying zone reaches Class 10,000 dust-free standard for high product yield and consistent quality.
- Simple spraying commissioning. Normal workpiece commissioning can be finished within 15 minutes. Programming treats each workpiece surface as one complete program segment. Painting for one surface can be completed simply by setting start point, end point and speed, which avoids complicated traditional program lists.
- Gun atomization, spray width and paint flow can be remotely controlled via PLC. The spray gun can perform dust-removal function by blowing air only without paint spraying (optional function).
